Leadership & Management
Finance Manager
CA / ICWA / MBA Finance or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audits, and compliance.
HR Manager
MBA HR or equivalent; 8+ years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
General Manager – Sales & Marketing
MBA/PGDM or equivalent; 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in industrial minerals, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, ceramics, refractories, or related industries.
Manager – Central Lab
M.Sc. / B.Sc. / M.Tech. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related discipline; 8+ years of experience in laboratory management, testing protocols, quality systems, and analytical operations.
Auditor – QA/QC
Graduate / Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control audits, process compliance, and documentation.
Supervisor – Laboratory
Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent; 3–7 years of experience in laboratory testing, sample analysis, reporting, and day-to-day lab operations.
Sales & Business Development
Sales and Marketing Executives (Domestic & International)
Graduate/MBA or equivalent; 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, market development, and order follow-up.
Commercial & Operations Support
Executives – Documentation, Supply Chain & Logistics
Graduate/Diploma or equivalent; 3–8 years of experience in documentation, dispatch coordination, inventory control, logistics planning, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, finance, HR, laboratory, quality, and commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive business growth across domestic and international markets.
- Manage financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Lead recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR operations.
- Oversee central laboratory operations, testing standards, quality audits, and laboratory supervision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate documentation, supply chain, logistics, and dispatch activities efficiently.
- Identify new market opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, technical, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

- Relevant educational qualification for the respective position.
- Proven experience in the related function or industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel, where required, for sales and business development roles.
- Experience in industrial minerals, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, ceramics, refractories, or allied industries will be an added advantage.
